Founder LC Private Limited (the "Company", "Founder LC", "we", "us" or "our"), an Indian company with its office at A-31, Lower Ground Floor, Infraline Tower, Sector-3, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, owns and operates the website founderlc.ai to provide business planning, incorporation, compliance and advisory services with end-to-end support. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of and access to the website and the Services.

Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors and users who access or use the Services. By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please refrain from accessing the Services.

These Terms constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between the Company and the user of the website ("you", "your" or "User"). Capitalised terms, unless defined here, have the meaning given to them in our Privacy Policy. Your use of this website is subject to these Terms and to other policies we publish from time to time. We may revise these Terms by updating this page, with the revised Terms taking effect from the date they are posted.

Registration and account security

To avail the Services you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, must not previously have been suspended or removed from the Services, and must register for and use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

To access some services you may be required to create a profile ("Profile") using your email address and phone number, among other details. You warrant that all information furnished in connection with your Profile is and will remain true, accurate, current and complete. We encourage you to check those details carefully to avoid inconvenience or bona fide mistakes on either side. It is not mandatory for every client or User to have a Profile.

You agree to update your details promptly if they change, and not to impersonate anyone, misrepresent an affiliation, use false information, or otherwise conceal your identity from us for any purpose.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. In the event of any disclosure or unauthorised use of your Profile, or any other breach of security in respect of it, you agree to notify us immediately in writing at hello@founderlc.com.

You are liable and accountable for all activity that takes place through your Profile. The Company excludes liability for unauthorised access to your Profile. You agree to receive communications from us regarding information relating to transactions recorded on the website, requests for payment, information about the Company and the Services, offers from the Company and its partners, and any other matter relating to the Services.

Acceptance of terms

You are entirely responsible for all content, data and information you provide to us or transmit onto or via this website. You must use the website in good faith and in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. Your use of a third party payment provider is subject to that provider's terms and conditions. We are not responsible or liable for the behaviour, features, interruption, misuse or content of any third party payment provider. We cannot assist with a stop payment request for a payment scheduled using a card or net banking; in that case you must contact your bank directly.

We may use software, with or without licence, from the open source community. We are not responsible for your own decision to use open source software in order to avail our services.

These Terms remain in effect unless terminated in accordance with them.

1. The Company may terminate your access to or use of the Services, or any part of them, immediately and at any point, at its sole discretion, if we have reason to believe you have breached any of your obligations, warranties, responsibilities or covenants under these Terms.
2. On termination, all of these Terms terminate, except for those clauses that expressly or by intention survive termination or expiry.
3. On termination of your access to or use of the Services, all liabilities, amounts or outstanding dues in relation to your use of the Services become immediately payable.

Warranties

The Company, including its directors, employees and agents, does not guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the content on this website. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error free, or that our servers or any files available for download are free of viruses or other harmful elements. This website does not set cookies and does not track you. Where a Founder LC service uses cookies, how we handle them is described in our Privacy Policy.

Any communication or material you transmit to the website by email or otherwise, excluding personally identifiable data about yourself, including data, questions, answers, comments and suggestions, will be treated by us as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

We are a company registered in India, with offices and operations in India. You submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sector-3, Noida and acknowledge that these Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any action for specific performance or injunctive relief brought under applicable law will be governed by and construed under the laws of India.

In case of any dispute or claim, before involving a third party, you agree to tell us first so that we have the chance to put it right.
